The story behind the work
Not a resume. The context that makes the numbers make sense.
How I got here
I came into Web3 when the space was young and chaotic. NFTs were exploding, DAOs were being experimented with, and DeFi was still finding its language. I joined as a community manager and content creator in 2019, learning what makes crypto communities grow, stay, and convert before most people even knew those were the questions worth asking.
That early period taught me something important: in Web3, community is not a marketing channel. It is the product. The people who gather around a protocol, a token, or a platform are the most valuable asset any project has. Growing them with care, transparency, and the right incentive structure is the difference between a project that lasts and one that disappears in the next bear cycle.
I carried that understanding into Crowd Fund Junction, where I directed NFT operations, ran due diligence on early-stage Web3 opportunities, and built the kind of community relationships the space runs on. Then into MultiFarm, where I owned the full growth and marketing cycle for a DeFi aggregation platform running across Linea, zkSync, Scroll, and Solana, launching HorizonDEX to 100K+ community members and closing 350+ strategic partnerships.
At G-Agents AI, formerly Gamety, I operated at a completely different scale. Over fourteen months I led community growth from the ground up: Telegram-native campaigns, KOL networks, Zealy activations, and structured retention programmes. The result was approximately 1.4 million ecosystem users, with Telegram at 401,000 members and Twitter/X at 229,000 followers built in three months. I also led the GTY token TGE during a bear market, which taught me that traction is possible even when sentiment is against you, if the incentive design and community communication are right.
Most recently I was at MetaMinds Group building the go-to-market and community for VersAI, a luxury AI and immersive commerce platform at the intersection of RWA, physical luxury goods, and Web3 ownership. The challenge was positioning: communicating value to crypto-native investors, high-net-worth consumers, and institutional luxury brand partners simultaneously.
How I work
I think in systems. A community growth programme is not a series of individual posts. It is an acquisition funnel, a retention structure, an incentive layer, and a feedback loop that compounds over time. I plan the whole before executing any part.
I use AI heavily and without apology, for research, content ideation, workflow automation, and increasingly for building utility-driven digital products. I have created Telegram bots, Discord bots, and AI agents for social platforms, and I am building full web applications through AI-assisted development.
I care about accuracy. I do not inflate metrics, invent outcomes, or describe team achievements as personal wins. That kind of honesty is what earns trust, and in Web3, trust is the scarcest resource.
What I am looking for
I am open to growth marketing leadership roles, community growth leads, and go-to-market strategy positions in Web3, DeFi, RWA, AI, and adjacent spaces. I work best with teams building real products for real users, where the growth work matters and the culture values independent thinking and ownership. Remote-first preferred. Available immediately.
